What’s the part of the job you’d happily do all day?
Speaking to people. I enjoy getting to know candidates, hearing about their experiences and turning an initial conversation into a long-term relationship.
What were you doing before this – and what did it teach you?
Before joining Swi-tch, I managed recruitment nationally across the automotive and defence sectors. It taught me how to stay organised in a fast-paced environment, communicate with people at every level and remain calm when priorities quickly change.
What would we find you doing on a Saturday?
Usually managing one of my two youth football teams, spending time with friends or attempting to relive my former glory on a squash court.

I’m a former county squash champion & a failed professional footballer. I once modelled for Nike.
